In partnership with Skills Development Scotland, DYW Orkney have been working with pupils at Kirkwall Grammar School and Stromness Academy who are planning to leave school at the end of this academic year. Developing the Young Workforce groups across Scotland are all taking part in Scotland’s Biggest Parents’ Evening today (Wednesday 6 March 2019) in order to show parents and carers the benefits of undertaking an apprenticeship.
